Noche Buena menu

I am excitedly planning our Noche Buena since, for the first time, I actually have time to prepare it. LOL!

I’m thinking a simple, Spanish-themed meal. Since Jojie and I both like Spanish food, I thought of serving paella for the main course. Yun lang kasi ayaw ko na magdagdag pa ng kung anu-ano. Sayang food pag hindi nama naubos eh. Sayang pag nasira lang.  So I’m thinking two kinds of tapas and paella and dessert lang.

For the tapas, I’ll make gambas al ajillo and salpicao. Yes, I know parehong ma-olive oil and garlic but these are the two tapas Jojie and I ALWAYS order whenever we dine out basta available sa menu so I must have that. I’ll have seafood paella for the main course. For the dessert, I’m thinking of having creme caramel. Or baka fruits lang. Hindi naman ako pwede sa dessert eh so deadma ako sa dessert sa mga panahong ito. :)

I’m going to Tagaytay tomorrow and I’ll be able to buy tenderloin for the salpicao!

I’m so excited!
